Villa Flamingo is a fabulous rustic style villa with modern design. It is located in Peyia and commands amazing views both of the mountains and down to the Paphos coastline.  Peyia is a charming Cypriot village with tavernas, bars, restaurants good local shops and amenities.

The Coral Bay Strip is a short drive away with blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants and bars to choose from and there is also a little amusement park with mini golf to keep the young ones entertained. Many of the bars have live music regularly throughout the week.

​

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Flamingo’s entrance is to the open plan lounge with comfy seating and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4, through the archway is the fully equipped kitchen which leads to the dining area. The ground floor has 2 of its 3 bedrooms, a twin with en suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower room, plus a guest cloakroom. The lounge, dining area and twin bedroom all have patio doors which lead to the terrace and pool area.

On the first floor you will find another double bedroom with en suite bathroom which has a bath as well as a shower cubicle, there is also a private balcony with table and chairs. On this floor there is access to a large terrace with comfy seating to make the most of those stunning views which also leads back down to the pool area.

​

Back downstairs, there is a lovely pool area, with outside dining, a hammock, a brick-built bar with stools, small fridge and BBQ. Further round the gravelled garden is a pergola which houses a heavenly hot tub (optional extra), a beautiful granite stone-built and frosted glass walk-in shower with further pergola which houses massage tables and chairs. Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. Villa Ivory is set over 3 floors, the impressive grand entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to a cinema room with bar and feature fireplace, there is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with two washing machines, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. On this floor you will find 2 of the bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area. There is a also double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with UK channels and a further 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom.
